Some things aren't meant to be answered.
Just felt.

glimpse is an anonymous space to release what you're carrying in words, images, or your own voice, and to breathe when you need to come back to yourself.

No profile. No name. No replies.

The glimpse home feed, showing a handful of anonymous releases from other souls. The compose screen, inviting a reflection in writing, a photo, or a voice note. A release in the feed receiving the With you signal, with a quiet acknowledgement.
The day's stories

What glimpse is

There are no profiles here. No followers, no history, no name. You are Soul #442384, and so is everyone else.

What you release drifts quietly to others who are awake with something of their own. What comes back isn't advice. It's presence.

How it works

Three steps, and none of them ask who you are.

  1. The compose screen twice: empty, asking what your reflection is today, and then holding a written release addressed To Universe.

    1Release it

Write it, photograph it, or say it out loud. Whatever form it takes is the right one.

  2. Releases drifting into the feed anonymously, in each of the three forms: a written one, a voice note, and a photograph.

    2It joins the universe

Your story travels anonymously to others. No name, no profile, nothing that leads back to you.

  3. The feed with the three signals under each release, and the quiet acknowledgements that arrive when someone sends one.

    3Feel the resonance

Instead of comments, people send one of three quiet signals: Resonate, With you, Sending peace.

What's inside

Four things, and nothing you have to keep up with.

Release in any form

Some things are easier written. Some are easier said out loud. Text, photos, or a voice note: glimpse takes all three.

Notice how today felt

A daily mood check-in that takes a second and asks nothing more of you.

The daily mood check-in, showing a week of days with three already marked.

You decide who sees it

Keep a release private, just for yourself, or let it go to everyone. The choice is yours every single time.

Responses without words

Resonate, With you, Sending peace. Three ways to say "I'm here" without turning your story into a conversation.

A place to feel, not a place to scroll.

glimpse gives you around ten stories a day, and then it stops. New stories arrive tomorrow.

There's no endless feed here, because nothing settles at the bottom of one. When you're done, the app lets you go.

Breathe

When you need to come back to yourself.

Sometimes you don't need to be heard. You just need your body to slow down. Breathe guides you through it with a shape that expands and contracts with your breath, and sound if you want it, or silence if you don't.

  • Box breathing 4-4-4-4

For when everything is moving too fast.

  • Belly breathing

For the days that sit heavy.

  • 4-7-8

For the nights that won't end.

  • The physiological sigh

For the moment before you can think straight.

Your privacy

Nothing here leads back to you.

  • No name, no profile, no photo. You're a number, and so is everyone else.

  • Your Soul number changes from time to time. It isn't a permanent handle, and nothing about it is yours to keep or lose.

  • A release you mark Private is encrypted before it leaves your phone. We store it, and we can't read it.

  • The only personal detail we ask for is an email address, and only so you can have an account. It's encrypted, it's never shown to anyone, and it never appears beside anything you release.

  • You can delete what you've released, any time. It leaves other people's feeds too, not just your own.

Questions people ask first.

Is it really anonymous?
To everyone else, yes. Signing up takes an email address and that is the only personal detail we hold. It is encrypted, and no one else ever sees it. The name shown beside what you release is generated for you and changes over time, so it is not a handle anyone can follow from one release to the next.
Can anyone reply to what I share?
No. People can send one of three responses and nothing else: Resonate, With you, Sending peace. There are no comments and no direct messages.
What if I don't want anyone to see it?
Mark it private before you release it. It stays yours.
Why can I only see ten stories a day?
Because this isn't a feed to get lost in. A small number of stories, read properly, does more than an endless stream.
Is glimpse free?
Yes, to start and to keep using. Releasing, reading, responding, and your journal cost nothing. The four core breathing techniques are free forever, with no limit on sessions. glimpse Premium adds the advanced breathing techniques and the multi-day programs.
What is Breathe?
Guided breathing you can use any time, with or without sound. Four techniques are free and always will be: box breathing, belly breathing, 4-7-8, and the physiological sigh. glimpse Premium adds coherent breathing, alternate nostril breathing, the Wim Hof Method, and the multi-day programs.
Is glimpse therapy?
No. glimpse is a space to release and to breathe. It isn't therapy, counselling, or a crisis service, and it isn't a substitute for professional care.
How do I delete what I've shared?
Delete it and it is gone for good. It leaves other people's feeds as well as your own, and we do not keep a copy.

Whatever you're carrying, you can put it down here.

Free to start. An email is all we ask for.
